View Layout Experience on Desktop

Procedure

Step 1

Create a test team. For more information, see Create a team.

Step 2

Assign yourself to the test team.

Step 3

From the Management Portal navigation bar, choose Agent Desktop.

Step 4

Select the test team and validate the experience.
