Deactivate a Multimedia Profile

Note	You cannot deactivate a multimedia profile if you associate it with any entity.

To delete a multimedia profile:

Procedure

Step 1

From the Management Portal navigation bar, choose Provisioning > Multimedia Profiles.

Step 2

Click the ellipsis icon beside the multimedia profile that you want to deactivate, and click Mark Inactive.

Step 3

Click Yes to confirm.

The status of the multimedia profile changes to Not Active.

Note	Once the object is marked inactive, it can be permanently deleted. For more information, see Delete inactive objects permanently.
