Delete a Dial Plan

You require Administrator privileges to complete this procedure.

Before deleting a dial plan, ensure that it isn't provisioned for an agent profile or used to validate an agent's sign-in Dial Number (DN). If you can't delete a dial plan, contact your Full Administrator.
Procedure
Step 1 | From the Management Portal navigation bar, choose The Dial Plan page appears. This page displays a list of all existing dial plans. |
Step 2 | Click the ellipsis icon beside the dial plan you want to delete and choose Delete. The Heads Up! dialog box appears. |
Step 3 | Click Yes to confirm. |
